with energy foods: Pasta, potatoes, bread, bananas and waffles.

stroke, and even cancer. Whipped Cream, Processed Meats,

Nuts, Seeds, Cheese, Butter and Dried Coconut.

Fibre For proper digestion of foods.

Foods: Raisins, Strawberries, Orange, Banana, Apple, Pear, Raspberries, dark

chocolate, beans, passionfruit, Spaghetti, Barley, Bran flakes, Oatmeal, Popcorn, Brown rice, Bread, Lentils, Black beans,
