The concentration prepares students for the Association of Government Accounts' Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) examination and introduces managers to fiscal administration.

Public Works Administration Human resources, budgeting,
emergencies, technology, communications planning and project management, contract administration, multi-year financing, environmental impact and cost-benefit analyses, decision-making modeling, multi-jurisdictional services, joint ventures and sustainability.
The concentration prepares public works managers for higher level managerial and public works director positions.
