PROFILE

He went to Malaysian Multimedia University (MMU) for his Degree in Multimedia and Degree in Entrepreneurship. He

attended an internship program with Prom-Ad Creative Communications Sdn Bhd (a creative agency) and helmed the

position of Art Director for 4 years. He responsible for all creative direction for the agency. He managed a team of graphic

designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, printers, production house and event management vendors. He was

in charge from clients, pitching, concept creation, meetings, storyboarding, design, creation, final artwork creation,

typesetting, artwork proofing up to managing with printers and production vendors.

After successful endeavors as an Art Director, Norhafiz join BrandThis Marques Sdn Bhd, a creative studio agency in Kuala

Lumpur, Malaysia. They focused on branding, web and marketing support work. Here he direct and implement all the

company's creative works from concept creation, pitching to client, design, web development and managing & liaising with

vendors to ensure delivery are in order.

After finishes 2 year projects with BrandThis, he saw an opportunity in video and motion production business. With his own

capital, he establishes MOMENTHIS which focuses on video production for TVCs, digital and social media.

With his vast experience in Creative, Graphic Design, Web and Branding, coupled with glowing recommendation from his

clients, he saw an opportunity to establish his own brand to provide branding and creative works and services. He then

established NORHAFIZ, a visual communication agency, to help businesses with their branding, identity, creative & graphic

design services, web, motion graphics and video production. He involved in numerous of collaboration with industry

experts (marketing, digital engagement, sustainable business) for larger scale projects and gain valuable experience in

‘seeing-the-bigger-picture’ which also includes strategizing and implementation.

Now he leads a new digital marketing agency (LavaMedia.asia) which enable him to advise businesses on digital marketing

and engagement (focusing on personalized 1-to-1 customer experience) based on what he have experienced and learned.
