Or will move as per the time and opportunity?• What is our monthly income?• Are you the only earning member?• Do the management of the institution provide you with any extra facilities?(medical, bonus,

transport, etc.)• Do you want your children to work in this institution?• What is your working hours in the institutions? Are you satisfied?• From the date of your joining how much salary has increased?• Is your earning enough for your family?• How is the behaviour of management toward you all?• Do they listen to your problems? And try to solve them?

50% are old employees of KIAMS.

• What is our monthly income? Out of 8 respondents- 60% (20000-60000), monthly - 35% (5,000- 10,000), monthly

• Are you the only earning member?Out of 8 respondent- 32.5% (only earning member) - 67.5% (other member also earns)

• Do the management of the institution provide you with any extra facilities?(medical, bonus, transport, etc.)Out of 8 respondent- 75% (enjoys facilities) - 25% (doesn’t), HR

• Do they listen to your problems? And try to solve them?Out of 8 respondent- 90%, agree - 10%, disagreethey address issue but sometimes they failed to solve it.

ConclusionThere are certain points were respondent gave an insight and understanding of their livelihood.• More than 20 years in KIAMS.• Outsourced employee.• Other source of income.• Other earning members in the family.• Opportunist but due to personal constraint.• Health facility card to employees by Kirloskar company. (not for HR)
