No Bake Peanut Butter Cake:
Ingredients:A packet salted biscuits2-3 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt5- 6 tbsp butter
Half a bottle of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)100 gms peanuts100 gms fresh cream
Method:
1. In a grinder, mix together the biscuits, sugar and tsp salt. When the biscuits are broken down to fine granules, add butter and mix well.2. Take a baking dish and make a biscuit layer with the moistened biscuit crumbs. Make sure the biscuits are layered evenly.3. Place the peanut butter in the microwave for 10 seconds and add in the cream and peanuts.4. Spread the mixture on the biscuit base. Cover the baking dish and keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour or two.5. When it sets well, cut into square pieces and relish.
