Day 2: Law of tenders, tender evaluation, PPP

contracts, B2B and B2C contracts, Franchisee

contracts, employment contracts.

Day 3: Interpretation and construction of Contractual

terms, Contract management, Indemnity, Risk

management, force majeure, Expert review v/s

Arbitration, liquidated damages, Remedial clauses.
