Requirements:
We train our Home Care Staff in all
Services we offer.
Requirements:
Homemaker: 40 hours
Personal Care: 20 hours
Supportive Home Care: Additional 15
hours.
In-services : We hold twice a year for
a total of 6 hours. For Homemaking
and Personal Care. Supportive Care
requirements are additional 12 hours.
Catholic Charities is a member with
the Home Care Aide Council. We use
their Training Curriculum.
Massachusetts Personal and Home
Care Aide State Training Initiative
(PHCAST) Our RN’s are certified in
doing all trainings. A Certificate is
rewarded after training is complete.
