Our “Smart” Solutions keep getting smarter with New Distribution Capabilities “NDC”

With SmartNDC you can Shop, Book, Ticket, Cancel, Reissue, Revalidate, Refund –everything you need at your fingertips!

Our NDC connections with Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport are live and ready.

• SmartFares shopping display NDC and traditional GDS fares in a single view

• Select your NDC fare and book flights in two simple steps.

• NDC flights will be booked in your PCC/OID so that you can retain PNR ownership

When ready to issue NDC Tickets

• Enter your GDS PNR in SmartTickets to issue NDC tickets and ancillaries online

• Don’t forget to use NYOP to mark up your NDC tickets

• If you need to change your flights, new SmartTickets options to re-shop & reissue NDC tickets will be offered

Want to use your GDS system to book NDC flights? Yes you can!

SmartTickets can issue your NDC tickets even when you book in your GDS system.

To book NDC flights via SmartFares Shopping or via your GDS system*

• Contact your GDS provider and register for NDC access via GDS

• Make sure you’re using the latest GDS version

• (Travelport SmartPoint, Sabre Red 360, or Amadeus Selling Platform Connect)

• Once set up by your GDS, you will be able to view and create NDC Orders in the GDS.

• *Subject to GDS and airline onboarding readiness

Airlines providing NDC content via GDS in the coming months

• Qantas Airways - Agents Registered with Qantas Distribution Platform (QDP)

• Singapore Airlines - Don’t forget to nominate Air Tickets as your consolidator for NDC access via your GDS
