Clinical Case.Pigmented lesion on the nipple.

What is you diagnosis?

Clinical Case.Pigmented lesion on the nipple.

A 10-years-old women.The patient was referred to us for the assessment of a pimented lesion had appeared on the nipple 3 months previously.

Clinical Case.Pigmented lesion on the nipple.

Examination revealed:A pigmented lesion, not clearly defined, associated to a slight papillomatous surface, located on the right half.No lesions on the areola.

It is proposed to perform biopsy of lesion, but parents do not want.

Differential Diagnosis

Nevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola.

vsMelanocytic lesion.

Clinical Case.Pigmented lesion on the nipple.

What is you diagnosis?

Is dermoscopy useful in this case?
