WELCOME TO THE INGEO 3D PRINTING SUPPLIERS GUIDE!
Locally abundant and rapidly renewable plant
resources capture and sequester atmospheric
carbon over their growing season, producing
simple sugars via
the process of
photosynthesis. Through a
process of fermentation and separation,
these harvested plant sugars are converted into
lactic acid. A safe material naturally present in our bodies and in
many of our foods, this lactic acid building block is transformed into Ingeo, a
performance thermoplastic with physical characteristics and performance tailored for filament production
and printing.

ABOUT TLC KOREA
Top Leaf Chemical (TLC) Korea has been working with Ingeo PLA for more than 10 years developing
products for the injection molding, thermoforming, and fi lm markets. In 2013, TLC began research and
development on 3D printing fi laments made with Ingeo PLA. The fi rst fi laments were introduced in early
2014 featuring a range of bright translucent colors.
TLC Korea is very environmentally conscious and is using recycled Ingeo PLA to create even the
fi lament spools themselves. We promise to continually offer fi laments of more variety, better quality, and
cheaper prices based on our extensive experience with Ingeo PLA.
MATERIAL
• 6 translucent color options and11 solid colors are currently available. With our new filament
extusion line the number of available colors will increase to 20-25 over the next 6-9 months.
• Our fi lament has no inorganic fi llers and has a very powerful impact strengthener added to make
them very resilient and break resistant.
• Specialty materials include:
- Ingeo PLA-based wood filament (approximately 25% wood-filled)
- Heat stable Ingeo PLA-based filament (stable up-to 75-80°C)
- cPLA filaments (stable up to 110-120°C)
• Filament produces parts with a superior fi nish
that prevents friction between moving parts.
• Easy printability with little warping and
shrinkage compared to ABS, and a heated
build board is not required.
QUANTITIES
• 1.75mm and 3mm diameter fi laments are
available in 1 kg, 3 kg or 5kg spools
• Spools are made of recycled Ingeo PLA
