Oh When the Saints Go Marching In!

All Saints Celebration, Nov. 3!

All of us are called to put our faith intoaction by offering thanks to God andjoining God in his mission in our churchand community. Nativitys stewardship

campaign this year kicked off on Sunday,Oct. 27, continues on Sunday, Nov. 3 witha terrific All Saints event, and concludeson Sunday, Nov. 17. Bring or mail yourpledge cards to church at any time duringthat period.

Sunday, November 3 will be a wonderful All Saintscelebration, New Orleans style! Our 9:30 and 11:30services will be combined into one 10:00 celebration

service that will feature the music of our Jazz Trio, plussome traditional favorite hymns for All Saints Day. Ourguest preacher at both the 8:00 and 10:00 services will beBishop Bill Burrill, the retired Episcopal Bishop ofRochester. Afterwards, enjoy a short concert

performance of music from Desert Foothills Theatersproduction of Joseph and the Amazing TechnicolorDreamcoat, and then enjoy lunch, featuring the MensGumbo/Jambalaya Cookoff ! Childrens food andactivities will be provided also, so this is a treat for thewhole family!

If you are remembering someone who has died this All Saints Day, please bring a photo or memento and puit on our saints table in the Healing Chapel. We will say special prayers for the Faithful Departed this day.
