Selection Process

Once per year Nomination criterion

– Second semester sophomore or junior– 3.5 cumulative GPA

Resume!!– Emphasize in great detail

– The activities you include should demonstrate• Service• Leadership• Character

– Recommendations and ratings• Recommendation form

– Selection for membership (Faculty Council)

Faculty Council Made up of an uneven number of

faculty members Confidential Comments from former Faculty Councils:

– A lot of detail– Specifics– No spelling errors or informational errors

• Consider this on the lines of applying to college, a scholarship, or a grant
