Organisation: 3 people part-timeCollaboration with different music entities

from Navarra: Symphony Orchestra, Pamplona Choral Society, Conservatory and performing arts sector.

3.1. Working method (relationship with schools)

Presentation of proposals and consultation with cultural institutions Search for venues and coordination with schools for schedule Ultimate the programme, share out tasks and order of teaching guides Design of programmes, translations into Basque, printing, distribution,

Thirteen years of concerts (school year 1998/99-2010/11) 74 programmes

-Nursery: 8-Primary: 41-Secondary: 25

41 different programmes with orchestra 74 teaching guides 578 concerts held 375,000 students over 13 years

ROCE

In February 2010, ROCE (Educational Concerts Organizers Network) was created in a meeting held in Pamplona.

The aim of ROCE is to encourage and coordinate the expansion of educational concerts.
