Course Aims:1. Understand the normal functional anatomy of the muscle and fascia in the lower limb2. Use functional tests to identify common patterns of muscle weakness in the lower limb3. Design and implement a basic rehabilitation programme for common muscle dysfunctions in the lower limb4. Be able to test for the length and strength of muscles in the lower limb including: • Gluteus medius and maximus • Iliopsoas • Quadriceps and VMO • Gastrocnemius • Soleus • Tibialis Anterior
