Steers and Potter:“Motivation is the force that energises behaviour , gives direction to behaviour and

underlies the tendency to persist.”

• Motivation is an unspoken need required in every walk and sphere of life.

• Motivation always teach us something more than what we have.

• “Take a risk in your life”• If you win , you can lead ; if you lose

you can guid !!!
