How to Access:1. User downloads app from

2. Sys Admin adds user (or
groups of users) to CIS
MobileMD security group.
3. Setup required (HD will
assist) on device to point to
services URL
4. Device must be password
protected
5. Can only access Mobile MD
when signed in to MSKwifi.

Apple Products (IPhone, IPod, and I Pad) OS version

Scripts developed for testing were devised by each
team as needed
MSK uses Sharepoint - all teams have access to enter
documents and updates on issues
Testing Issues/Outcomes Performance issues with Mobile MD App
Unofficial Hotfix to address performance issues installed
and tested
Official performance Hotfix installed and tested
Testing of this Hotfix presented new issues with observations
on the patient summary screen
Additional Clinician Portal Hotfix applied to address
observations issues {prerequisite Hotfix}
