Main Page

Select the Contact Us link to see the various ways of getting in touch with DCU

Select the Rates link to view rates on all our products

Select the Branch/ATM Locator link to find DCU Branches and ATMs

 

    

              

            

                    

            

          

     

Account Login

1. Enter member number in 1st text box

2. Enter Password in 2nd text box

3. If you would like the app to remember your member number, you can select that option.

4. Select Login after inputting this information

 

    

                           

                

 

Account Summary

You can view the balance information on all your accounts on this page. Please note, Joint Accounts are listed after all Primary Accounts

 

 

 

    

                                  

                          

                

     

Account Details

After selecting an account from the Account Summary Page, you will be brought to the Account Details page. Here, you will be presented with more information on that account and have the option of viewing Recent Transactions or performing a transfer.

 

    

                                     

                            

 

Recent Transactions

When you select the Recent Transactions link from the Account Details page, you will be shown the history for that account. This page will display the most recent 50 Transactions in the past 90 Days.

 

                         

                           

       

          

 

Transfers Selecting the Transfers option on the Account Details page will allow you to make a transfer. Input the dollar amount of the deposit, select the Source and Destination accounts and tap submit.

 

    

                             

     

Verify Transaction

Select Yes if everything is correct and select No if any changes need to be made.

 

    

                           

                            

 

My Profile

You have the ability to update your E‐mail Address or Phone Numbers. This section can be accessed by selecting the “My Profile” box at the bottom of the screen.

Bill Payer

Bill Payer can be accessed by tapping the “Pay

Bills” box at the bottom of the screen.

You can view biller information, as well as schedule, edit or cancel a bill payer payment.

Tapping on a biller name from this screen will bring you to the details for that biller

    

                  

                  

                             

        

     

          

Biller Detail

Tap the Make a Payment button to schedule

a payment.

Tap the account number field to view the

biller details.

Tap any of the recent or pending payments to

view the details of that payment.

    

    

                            

                                                  

                              

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add Payment

When adding a payment you can input the

payment amount, add an optional memo, and

select a payment date. Tap on the “due by” field to enable you to select a payment date. The payment date wheel will pre‐fill the first available payment date for that biller. Once

you have selected a payment date tap “Done”

 

 

 

 

 

 

       

            

                    

 

          

    

Add Payment: Set payment

Once you have selected the appropriate

payment information, tap “Set Payment” to

schedule your bill payer payment.

         

        

                        

 

 

       

          

Deleting a pending payment

Payments can be deleted by “swiping” the

pending payment line and tapping delete.

       

      

                                

   

       

 

Bill Pay Reminders

Reminders that are set up on the desktop

version of Bill Payer will be visible on the

Deposit: Select Account

If you would like to deposit a check into your DCU account, select the “Deposit” box at the bottom of the screen.

Select the Destination Account for the Deposit

Enter the amount of the check.

Press the Green Take Photo button on the right side of the screen to begin capturing the Front Check Image

 

          

                          

                             

                       

         

 

Deposit: Capture Front Check Image

When taking an image of the check, placing the check on a dark background will help take a better image. Also, please be aware that the app is sensitive to shadows. When you have the check positioned correctly within the green lines, press the Camera Button.

After capturing the image, verify that the image is clear. Shadows will show up as dark areas on the image. If the image isn’t clear, you may need to retake the image.

 

            

                   

                     

            

                              

         

 

Deposit: Endorse & Capture Back Check Image

Endorse the back of the check with the following information:

‐ Signature ‐ DCU Membership Number ‐ Account Number ‐ “For Deposit Only at Digital

Federal Credit Union, via dcu.org, on mm/dd/yyyy”

Select the Green Take Photo icon button on the right side of the screen to begin capturing the Back Check Image

 

        

                      

     

Deposit: Capture Back Image

Follow the same steps for the Front Image with the Back Image

 

    

                            

                  

                     

              

              

 

          

Submit Deposit

If there are any errors with the images, this screen will list those errors.

If for any reason you want to delete the deposit without submitting it, “swipe” each check image displayed and delete them.

If everything is correct, press the Submit Deposit button at the bottom of the screen.

 

      

                           

                             

   

 

Deposit: Processing Deposit

After pressing the Submit button on the previous screen, the deposit will be processed.

This process can take some time so do not become concerned if it is not instantly processed.

 

 

    

                          

                           

                    

                

 

     

Deposit: Success

If there weren’t any image errors, the deposit will be processed and you will presented with this screen.

If the item is held for review, you will receive e‐mail notification when your deposit has been completely processed.

Select Close in the top right corner when finished.

 

    

                      

                  

           

      

Deposit: Review

If a deposit is being held for review, it can be viewed.

Select the link in the top left corner to view the deposit held for review

 

        

                              

                             

     

Deposits Held For Review

After selecting the link from the previous screen, you will be brought to a listing of all pending deposits. Here you can select the deposit that you would like to review.

     

             

 

Deposit: Review

The deposit will open as a PDF

 

 

             

                           

 

Messages

If you select “Messages” from the Options Menu at the bottom of the screen, you can view your Message Center messages
