To become a leading school to prepare skillful technicians and engineers met international approaches to deliver application of modern technique and technologies to Training, Workplace and Production.

1. To deliver application of modern technique and technologies to training, workplace and production environment;

2. To introduce and disseminate internationally recognized Competency-based training standards and curricula;

3. To become a school disseminating and transferring new knowledge and technologies to vocational training and education institutions and enterprises;

Initiatives among colleagues

1. To hand over 2 entries of staff apartments to future students (field campus technicians) as a dormitory: – 125 beds for students at technical education level– 125 bed for external students coming to the field campus

Dormitory capacity will be increased to total of 500 beds by additional new 250 beds.

2. To provide staffs with private properties through covering them in national housing policy (Preliminary permission for 40 house land has been issued)

The requirement will be 9 million dollars investment for establishment of the field campus for training, production and research

It includes laboratory facilities, equipment purchase and infrastructure.
