Part One: Browser Settings
1. Chrome Settings
1.1 Check the Chrome Version
Please click on the “customise and control Google Chrome” button in the upper right
corner, then click on “help �about Google Chrome” in the menu.
Please check the Google Chrome version number. We recommend you install or update
your Chrome to version 50.0.X.X or higher.
1.2 Change Chrome setting to allow pop-up window from CRM
Please click on the “customise and control Google Chrome” button in the upper right
corner, then click on “settings” in the menu.

Please click on “show advanced settings” in the setting screen.
Then click on the “content settings” button under “privacy” as shown below.

For users who selected “do not allow any site to show pop-ups (Recommended)” under
“Pop-ups”, please add “[*.]mindray.com” as allowed item in “manage exceptions”. For
other users who selected “allow all sites to show pop-ups”, please ignore this.

2. Firefox Settings
2.1 Check Firefox version
Click the “Open Menu” button at the top-right part of Browser as showing below, and
Click ”About Firefox”.
Check Firefox version (version number is ESR 52.2.0 in the following example) in the
pop-up window. We recommend you install Firefox Extended Support Release (download
link for ESR version: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/) or Firefox
version 49.X.X or upper.

2.2 Change Firefox setting to allow pop-up window from CRM
Click the “Options” menu in the “Open Menu” panel.
Select the “Content” Tab, for the users who checked the “block popup window” option,
please click the “Exceptions” button and add allowed sites https://crm.mindray.com and
http://crm.mindray.com
For the users who did not check the “Block popup window” option, please ignore this.

2.3 Install Adobe Flash Player plug-in
Click the “Add-ons” menu in the “Open Menu” panel.

Click on the “plugins” tab, please make sure the “Shockwave Flash” plugin is in the list
and it’s active. If the “Shockwave Flash” plugin is not installed in your Firefox, please visit
website https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer in Firefox to download and install it.
2.4 Stop automatic install updating in Firefox (recommended)
Click the “Options” button in the “Open Menu” panel, and select “Advanced” tab. In
“Update” options, do not select “Automatically install updates”.

3. IE11 Settings
3.1 Change IE11 setting to allow pop-up window from CRM
Click the “Tools” button in the upper right corner, then click on “Internet options” in the
menu.
Choose “Privacy” tab in the pop-up window. For users who selected “Turn on Pop-up
Blocker”, please add “crm.mindray.com” as allowed item in “Settings”. For the other
users, please ignore this.

3.2 Install Adobe Flash Player add-on
Click the “Tools” button in the upper right corner, then click on “Manage add-ons” in the
menu.
Click on the “Toolbars and Extensions” tab, please make sure the “Shockwave Flash
Object” add-on is in the list and it’s enabled. If the “Shockwave Flash Object” add-on is
not installed in your IE11, please visit website https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer in IE11
to download and install it.

3.3 Update the Adobe Reader to the latest version (recommended)
For users who installed Adobe Reader XI or lower versions, please visit
https://get.adobe.com/reader to update your Adobe Reader to the latest version. The
new Adobe Reader will be easier to use when you print orders in CRM.

1. Paste Search Criteria in Reports
In the new Version of CRM, users can paste multiple search items in the reports. The
operation is pointing the cursor at the search field then pasting the values.
2. Sorting by Multiple Columns
Users can sort the report result list by up to three columns in the new Version of CRM.
Please sort by one of the columns first, then click and hold the “SHIFT” button, and click
on other columns to sort.

3. Cancel a Search
Users can click on the “Cancel” button shown in the picture below to cancel a search.
Users can use this function only when the CRM skin type is “CORBU”.
4. New Skin of CRM
Click on “Personalize” to open the personalization screen, then click on “Personalize
Layout” to change the skin. The “NOVA” is the former skin type, and the “CORBU” is the
new skin. “CORBU” is recommended.

5. Group and Preview in “Recent Items”
The “Recent Items” is grouped by system classifications in the new version of CRM.
When users point the cursor on the recent item title, the preview window will pop up.
