Successfully accomplished: 1. Submitted PDU Proposal (Form A or B) approved by building Principal, IS and SLT Committee.

2. PDU Proposal approved & assigned PDU course number from PDU Office.

3. Either attended or scheduled to attend a Leader Support Session.

Participant Registration

• You will receive an email from the PDU Office when your PDU is approved. The email will provide a link to the PDU Registration Site, a copy of the PDU Course Catalog entry for the approved PDU and a PDU course number used for registration.

• The email may be forwarded to PDU participants for registration purposes.

Participant Registration

Follow the link to the PDU Registration Site. Please “bookmark” this site. In the “Choose Instructor” pull down, find & click on PDU Leader’s Name (your name).

The screen will bring your PDU Registration Catalog entry to the screen. Click on the “Choose” button.

• Registering for a PDU is a two click process. • Next click on the “Register for this class”.

• You will immediately receive a confirmation email similar to this one.• Keep this email as proof of registration. • Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation email. You were not

successfully registered.

My Roster

You will see this screen when you login to the PDU Registration Site. In the ribbon at the top of the page click on “My Rosters”.

In this next screen you will click on your course number in the “Class Roster” pull down.

Roster FEATURES

• Your Roster will be the next screen you access. The Roster is composed of PDU participants who are currently registered for your PDU.

• At the bottom of the page there are three features available from the roster screen

• Click on the first feature to “print “your roster.

Roster Functions-Export to Excel

• Click on the second feature, “Export to Excel”. • This form is called the Credit Options Report. • Before entering any data, please save to your hard drive as an excel document.

Roster Functions-Email

• Click on “Send an email…..”. • You may send an email to one or all of your PDU participants. In addition, you

may send two attachments. Enter your email content & click on “send email”.• You will receive a copy of the email sent.

PDU Facts: • In 2014-15 there were approx. 4200 registered PDU participants (ProComp + Traditional).• In 2014-15 either a school-wide PDU and/or small groups were provided by 96% of DPS schools. • There were 192 PDU Leaders in 2013-14.• 20,000+ PDUs have been created from DPS teachers since 2006-07.
