beverages.

Our cookies have chocolate chips as the most important ingredient. Chocolate chips are

usually semi-sweet to contrast the dough of the cookies which is primarly composed of butter.

INGREDIENTS 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 1 1/4 cups packed dark-brown sugar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
