Who are we?

01 Introduction

VISION (GOAL)

• Our Vision is a healthier and educated INDIA.• Our country lags in health education.• Majority of our country men go for self-medication

which is the cause of death.• As we all (hopefully) have a first aid box in our

home, this app will turn out to be second aid for all of us.

Mission• Our Goal is to make sure that our country people

are well aware of their health• Our target market are the people who cannot

afford going to a physician and instead prefer self-medication.

• First rule of SECOND Aid is: DO NOT SELF-MEDICATE.

• Consulting a physician has no replacement, even your second aid cannot replace a MBBS degree holder.

What is our current situation?

Customer• In INDIA, majority of the middle class people

prefer using Android phones for multiple reasons like: cheaper costs, user friendly and has many free apps for entertainment purposes.

• Our target market is educating people through out the country from mothers to independent adults.

What are we trying to achieve?

• We know that drugs which are ban in Europe are still used in our country.

• FDA rules are not strictly followed• This app has the purpose to educate majority of

the citizens.• All the pharma industries are well aware that our

country has huge market potential for drugs.• Our target and mission is to not let our country

turn into a bin market.

Market Segmentation• DEMOGRAPHIC SEGMENT: Targeting on middle

age people who play with their immunity. Age range of 15 to 50 years.

• PSYCHOGRAPHIC SEGMENT: People from better lifestyle give emphasis to their health and prefer consulting a physician.

Our target is for the people who are unable to get in touch with proper consult.

Pricing• The app will be free for use.• Instead app will earn through advertising and

investment.

Branding• Branding will be done through social media:

LinkedIn, Facebook and others.

Tactics• Collaborating Second Aid with popular companies

like Practo working in the field to make people aware of the availability of good health care in India and globe.

• Mydentist and similar startups can be collaborated with the idea of sharing their valuable customer base and revenue with us and advertisement for them.
