development.

Buddhist is to end the cycleof rebirth by achieving the

highest state of enlightenment known as

 Nirvana. In this state we

 become free of suffering.

KarmaOur actions, good or 

 bad, determine our karma. Good actions

over bad actions will promote more

happiness.
