① Place a GNSS receiver in the position where the pile is required, and measure the latitude and longitude.
② Drive a data pile equipped with an RFID chip into the ground at the required position after measurement is finished.
③ Read the pile ID using a RFID reader-writer.
④ Take digital photos, correct drawings, and produce other related materials.
⑤ Attach the measured latitude, longitude, and the data pile ID to the relative data, and write them to the server.
