MACHT has its own Design Department for both Mechanical and Electronics. For our
Critical Assemblies we use 3D Design Software “Solidworks”. The following Software are
installed in our Company for Design

Machines for the Future
The Rotary Transfer or as they are also known as Dial Indexer Machine work on the principle of
dividing the Machining Operations into stages and using an Indexing Table stations are divided and each
Stage of Machining is performed on every station thereby reducing the Cycle Time to the longest
machining time at a particular stage. Such machines are used primarily for Accurate Parts which are
required in large volumes.
Above is the 6 Station Servo Controlled Rotary Indexing Machine developed by MACHT for its
esteemed Customer.

“Made to Order CNC Machines” In the year 2011 we decided to develop our own Range of Machines and did a Market Survey and
realized that even though there are many manufacturers of Standard Machines, there was a need
for something “More”. We have been in the Specials Business for the last 18 Years and realize
that every customer / the components have their own unique needs. Hence we decided to launch
our “Made To Order” Turning Program. We have based the design of our machines on the
Modular Concept so as to impart flexibility to take on variety of components as well as build
machines based on the Customer or their Components specific requirements.
Each Machine shall be suited to the family of components you wish them for, based on their Size,
Accuracy as well as the Productivity required.
Our “Made to Order” Turning Machines Product Program includes :
• End Turning for Shafts ( with Centering Facing and Clamping Diameter Generation)
• Middle Drive CNC Lathes with Multi Axes for Simultaneous Machining of Shafts
• Single Spindle Lathes (Horizontal or Vertical)
• Multi Spindle CNC Lathes
CNC Lathe MT-15
In September 2011 we commissioned our 1st CNC Turning Centre in
our own Precision Parts Exports Division and it is running successfully
ever since. MT-15s our latest addition was also commissioned in
Precision Parts division in September 2013
Philosophy behind the Turning Program
We want to develop Machines which have a good Chip Producing Capacity and is
rigid and accurate enough to perform in the toughest of conditions. With MT 15 we
believe we have developed a Work Horse with toughness and precision to match.
The Designs are all Automation Ready which we see as the coming future. Having
used the machine in our own Exports Department for over 2 Years and having
convinced ourselves with the Built and Quality of the Machine, we “Now” offer
CNC Turning Centers to our Valued Customers. We not only offer the Model MT-15
in the Market but have also decided to develop another Model MT-15s to offer our
Customers a Choice.
MT-15s has also been developed and inducted in our CNC Machine Shop in
September 2013. Model MT-15s as the name denotes is a machine with smaller foot
print but still true to its Pedigree it “packs quite a punch” and is in no way less in
either Sturdiness or Performance.

Self Feed Machining Units
We developed the 1st Self Feed Machining Unit in 2002, and have been
since then using them on our own machines and for our customers for
their Machine Building needs. These Units are Robust in Design and
Construction and over the years we have continuously optimized them
to take on a variety of Machining Tasks such as : Drilling, Reaming,
Counter Boring, Milling, etc.
These Units are available in 3 Variants :

Centring Facing Machine / Centre Lapping Machine
with Loading / Unloading Automation
Quenching Tank for H.P Die Casting
Quenching Tank is used for rapid cooling the Die Cast parts
in a quench medium. The quenching tank was developed for
our esteemed customer for their HPDC Robotic Cell. The
Tank and all other parts exposed to the quench medium are
of stainless steel.
Our team helped in integration of the Robot in the Die
Casting Cell. Robot picks up the part from the Die Casting
Machine and after checking the part at the Sensor Station
places it on the fixture of the Quenching Tank Slide. The
Slide then lowers the part into the quench medium for
cooling the part and returns back to home position. The
Robot then picks the part and transfers it to the Trimming
Press. Quenching Tank is fitted with Oil Chiller or Radiator
for maintaining the temperature of the Quench Medium.

Precision Manufacturing Division
In year 2005-2006 we began exporting precision machined parts to companies of world repute in Germany and
formed a Precision Manufacturing Division. This division is primarily into manufacturing of Components
meant for Export Market.
If you place Orders for your critical components with MACHT you have the following advantages working for

MACHT has an Engineering Pool which supports the Precision Parts Division be it in Process selection
or Fixtures Gauges Design and / or Maintenance of Machines

Productivity
MACHT produces its own fixtures and gauges in its captive tool room hence the Fixtures Gauges and
critical spares can never be a bottle neck
