About the project• To strengthen the bond between undergraduates

and postgraduates.• To provide support to our members, especially the

first year students who just arrived in Leeds, helping them settle in and make them feel at home.

• To act as a platform for transfer of valuable experiences and knowledge in relation to oversees life and future study in the UK.

• For this academic year, all second and third years will remain with their respective families.

• Suggestions to make this project more interesting: The children can visit their families or vice versa. It

is entirely up to the families what to do during the meeting.

A ‘family trip’ would be good for the first year students. We proposed the parents to take their children to ‘car boot’ sales in Leeds area and help them buy some stuffs.

Families can celebrate special occasions like birthday, farewell and etc. together with their children

Intro-Explorace To ensure all of the Freshers are familiar and with Malaysian Society and Leeds’ important places.

Freshers Camp”Awaken the Giant Within”

It is the result of cooperation from 3 Malaysian Societies from Leeds, Sheffield and York. The objective for this program is to ensure all of

the new students from these three different societies feel more comfortable with their new life in UK.

Carboot HoppingThis activity was made by collaboration of LUMSOC and MSCL.

Essentially, undergraduate student can follow any of the postgraduate students and also follow undergraduate's car like

Hanafi's, Hilfi's and Saedah's for the transportation.

Solat Hajat For Exam and Freedom

Flottila This activity was conducted to pray for a good result on

our examination and also pray for the safety of the Freedom Flottila Missionary.
