“A story has a beginning,
middle and an ending.
Usually a story begins with a
character or place. The
middle of the story will
describe about the characters
and what is happening in the
story. The ending is usually a
happy or sad ending”

of Kuang Heng. The
beginning of the story is
telling about the character
Kuang Heng in China. The
middle of the story tells about
Kuang Heng and how he was
able to use the light from his

would happen if Kuang Heng
did not discover the light from
his neighbour’s house? What
if he did not widened the hole
in the wall?”
