Locating a specific UK case on Westlaw International

Launch Law Research Navigator > Select ‘Westlaw International’ > Login > Agree to terms and conditions.
Select ‘Westlaw UK’ menu tab > Enter party names under ‘Case Locators Quick Search’ e.g. “National provincial bank ltd ainsworth” >
‘Go’.
Case Analysis > click on the hyperlinked case citation ‘[1965] AC 1175’ > a pop-up window will
appear displaying the full case.

up box to appear,
please ensure browser pop-up blockers
are disabled.
1. Click on the red PDF icon;
OR
2. Click on the top right download icon > change format to ‘PDF’ on Download page > ‘Save’ > ‘Complete Download’
