Fluctuations of LW instructor influencing training capabilities

How to keep them? - Challenging instructors with new requirements (increasing their

personal development and personal satisfaction) - Investing into their education - Sending them to ICOLIM, CITTES, ESMO… as authors, equipment

demonstrators and live work crews - Better salary and/or beneficial laboring time

Possible cooperation between LW training centers

- Time limited exchange of LW experts - Meetings about new standards and conditions, PPE - Improving practices, new solutions and development of assessment

methods - LW training center add-ons (HV laboratory, equipment repair

workshop…) - Mutual yearly audits - Mutual training with new equipment, conditions, refreshment

courses for authorization extending - LW technology exchange

- Idea: make LWA as a connection point with possibility to apply for

EU funds (currently available ERASMUS +, Key action 1: Mobility of individuals, or more generally Key action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices).
