Outstanding as always! LCP consistently manage to deliver not just a slick event and presentations, but also the bit that others fail to do - some really meaty insight and content.
Delegate, LCP Annual Pensions Conference 2012
Interesting and stimulating event. Well staged and presented.
Delegate, LCP Global Pensions Conference 2013
Delivering value in DC pensions.
OverviewDC pension schemes are now the predominant pension savings vehicle
for UK employees. Following the launch of auto-enrolment last year, UK
employers are contributing more to DC pensions than ever before, and this
is set to increase year on year for the foreseeable future.
Employers and trustees are keen to ensure that their reward packages are
competitive, and that both they and their members are getting value for
money. Against the background of a continuously evolving landscape, LCP’s
defined contribution conference will ensure that you are up to date with the
latest developments and case studies to help you and your members get
the most from your DC scheme.
We are delighted to welcome guest speakers Steve Webb, Minister of State
for Pensions, and Andrew Warwick-Thompson, Executive Director for DC at
The Pensions Regulator who will join LCP’s speakers.

strategies. What are the options and how can you make sure you’re
following best practice?

today. Helping employees to understand their choices is important.
We will share ideas and case studies around employee engagement.
