Once the Knox Pet Feeder is assembled, plug the device in and turn the power on
when you’re ready to start Pettion app & Wi-Fi setup. The power switch is located
on the back of the BASE.
Please Note – Each time the feeder is turned on, a QR code will display for 1
minute while the feeder menu loads in the background. This is to give you an
opportunity to pair your phone to the feeder again if needed. At the end of the
countdown, the feeder menu will have finished loading.

you see your pet as well as letting your pet see and hear you. If your pet is not
around the pet feeder, you can use your voice to call him/her over, or tap

The Knox Pet Feeder doesn’t just let you feed your pet, it also keeps track of how
much food your pet has eaten over time. By allowing you to monitor food intake,
you can instantly know whether your little one is eating properly or not.
You can see this data by going to the Pettion app’s main menu and selecting
“Health”. From here you can see the following information:
• When the next scheduled feeding is, and how much will be dispensed
• How much food your pet has eaten today
• How much food your pet ate yesterday
• How much food your pet has eaten over a given month
