1. Brief Profile2. Last three years Annual Report 3. 3 years ITR of the CompanyB. For Second meeting, after bank has shown interest in the proposal1. Copy of AOA and MOA2. Form 3CA, 3CB, 3CD

3. Sanction letters of existing Book Debts, if applicable.4. Detail of Directors/ Guarantor(s) and their net worth statement duly certified by Chartered Accountant

5. Minutes of Consortium, if applicable

6. Income-Tax Returns filed along with its computation and chalan of Income tax paid. (of Both the Promoters and the Company)7. Certified copy of PAN Card and passport and address proof of all the directors and guarantors.8. Associate/ Group concerns last 3 years Audited Financials9. Provisional P/L & B/S of the company
