Sub: Web/e-indenting.

The Corporation has introduced web/e-indenting module for facilitating the retail

licensees. This facility enables the licensees to request the stock from their respective

KSBCL depots based on the previous day’s closing stock. Initially, this module is being

processed to the CL-04(clubs),CL-06A(Star Hotel)and CL-11C(MSIL Outlets) licensees.

This will help the licensees and KSBCL depots for processing the indents quickly.

This module will enabled to the licensees with the following terms and conditions.

1. E-indenting available at

http://eindent.ksbcl.com/axpert8906/aspx/signin.aspx

2. User Id and Password will be shared by respective Depot Managers.

3. Only Previous day’s Closing stock is available for making indent and actual

servicing may very depending up on the First Cum First Serve basics.

4. Conditions like , Subject to availability of funds in the licensee’s credit, actual

availability of stocks etc., contained in the sourcing policy of the Corporation

would be applicable for converting the e-indent to invoice and will be

serviced at the respective KSBCL Depot.

5. At the time of servicing first e-indent Rs.100/= will be deducted as one time

membership fee.

This e-indent module is enabled to CL-04(Clubs) and CL-06A(Star Hotels) licensees

across KSBCL Depots. From 25th Feb 2013 onwards, it is mandatory that these licensees

indent only through web, physical indents will be discontinued. Concerned licensees

may get in touch with the respective Depot Managers for any assistance or guidance.
