TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All goods are supplied Cash on Delivery except where credit facilities have been arranged. Monthly accounts are due for payment by the 28th Day of each month.

Our minimum order value is £20.

Prices

The prices in the list are correct at the time of printing but may alter without notice. The effective price is that in operation at the time of despatch.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability, circumstances beyond our control occasionally cause shortages. We can usually offer a suitable alternative.

Delivery

All goods should be checked at the time of delivery and no credits for damage or shortages will be given unless signed for at the time of delivery.Claims for shortages or damage must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Answer phone

Although you may place ADDITIONS to orders BEFORE 9PM on our answering service, availability cannot be guaranteed and deliveries will be made as soon as possible thereafter. Please give your name and telephone number when placing orders and if possible use the stock code numbers as well as the product

name.

Birds Eye Wall’s CustomersWe will deliver next day on scheduled routes. Our minimum delivery is 5 cases of BEW product.We are able to deliver 6 days per week and can offer twice weekly telesales calls and deliveries.
