HOUSING ARRANGEMENTSThe rooms sleep 5-6 campers, contain a full
bathroom and air conditioning.Campers will provide their own bed linens
(sleeping bag) and towels.Bunk mates will be determined in December. Parent Chaperones will bunk in with the
campers.Campers will be responsible for cleaning their
room for inspection by the 4H staff on the morning of departure.

COST BREAKDOWN• Includes 2 nights lodging, 7 meals, 14
programs, and transportation via charter buses.
• Day programs-10 @ 1.5 hours each (9 taught by Jekyll staff, 1 taught by visiting school).
• Evening classes-4 @ 1 hour each ( 2 taught by Jekyll staff, 2 taught by visiting school).
INSURANCEEach student must have current health
insurance.Insurance can be purchased through the
school if needed.If needed, have your student ask his/her
science teacher for the information.Insurance needs to be purchased by Friday,
December 20th.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE1st Payment September 2, 2013 $100.00
2nd Payment October 2, 2013 80.00
3rd Payment November 1, 2013 80.00
All payments will be made through MyPaymentsplus before midnight of the due date.
CHAPERONESChaperones are 1 to every 10-12
students.In addition to the 11 teacher chaperones
we will have 1-2 administrators and counselors as chaperones.
We will need 5-8 parent chaperones per team depending on the number of children taking the trip from each team.
