12:30-12:45 Roundtable intros: Share a project you are working on for your organization with

the group (Brief 2 minute overview)

12:45-1:00 Financials and Membership Update (Amy Kelsey/Autumn Foushee)

1:00-1:15 Lamoille Valley Rail Trail Update (Walter Opuszynski)

1:15-1:45 VTGC feedback process for ANR (Jessica Ricketson) We will explain the current

process to solicit feedback from all recreation trail user groups and how this information will be

presented to the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources.

1:45-2:15 Lifting the Vermont Gas Tax Cap (Walter Opuszynski) Would like to review with the

group how we should proceed as a Council regarding lifting the cap. The cap is set at ¾ of one

percent of the state gas tax proceeds or $370,000. Currently ¾ of one percent amounts to

roughly $490,000.

2:15-3:00 Supporting a Recreation Trails Impact Study for Vermont (Jessica Ricketson)

3:00-3:30 6th Annual Vermont Trail Symposium (Jessica Ricketson) We will discuss the

development of the upcoming symposium to be held at the VYCC monitor barn in Richmond, VT

3:30-4:30 Vermont Trail Collaborative (Melissa Reichert and Jay Strand) We will be reviewing

and discussing the recent final report for the Landscape management Working Group. To aid in

4:30-4:45 VT Recreation Trails Program Update (Sherry Winnie) Sherry will give a update of potential

changes and current status of the VT RTP. A post meeting with those interested in giving feedback will

take place from 4:45-5:15.
