Specific Goals
A strategic plan may include long-term as well as more short-term (ex. monthly or quarterly) goals. Objectives should be measurable and broken down into actionable steps.
The action plan for each goal should specify:1) Who is responsible for implementing the strategy2) Timeline for starting and ending the action3) How the outcome will be evaluated
