Concepts/Ideas I´d like to work through the book:

Life is temporal like a drop of water on a leaf…

…like a lightning in the middle of the night.

We must use are lifetime in a meaningful way.

An illness can arrive to change our whole life and vison.

We may find someone, somewhere who can help us understand death!

…and that is: Lama Zopa Rinpoche, a

great Buddhist

master who gave

teachings at Georgetown University.

Never Give Up to express your love whenever you can; when death is near…

My father and I

When everything changed…

When cancer arrived.

When we faced the truth.

Our attitude towards illness and death

Buddhism says: Everything is impermanent; nothing remains;

everything changes moment by moment.

In the West death is the enemy.

But, what is death?

Through the light of Buddhism, death is and illusion; and cancer could be a gift…

We

walked

towards

peace.

Because happiness is achieved within, no

matter death and problems arise.

My father taught

me that the only

way to die without

fear is to live a

meaningful life

inspired by a good

heart.

My father told me to Never Give Up and to

appreciate the miracles that happen every day!
