Re-imbursement to the payroll institution of the wage and non-wage labour costs of the Resident Twinning Adviser, plus an additional 6%.

Twinning Management Costs (based on a compensation given to the institution that sends short/medium term experts to the project).

Development of capabilities and know-how of the involved human resources.

Increase the prestige of the institution. International Relations: Strengthening

relations with peer institutions in other Member States (consortia) and in Beneficiary Countries.
