•Improving the system of consent and licensing regimes, easing the procedures and shortening the technical time needed for servicing the investors and traders;

•Speeding up and directing the investment programme of the Sofia Municipality and that of the Council for Management of the Municipal Guarantee Fund towards the infrastructural projects with the highest public significance;
