ROOF INSPECTION

The objective of the roof inspection

is to determine the individual

applicator’s ability to apply SPF as

required by the individual project

specifications and/or manufacturers

requirements.

PHYSICAL SAMPLING involves destructive investigation and is necessary to ensure that the spray polyurethane foam roofing system has been applied according to the project and/or manufacturer’s specification.

Cores will be measured and weighed to determine the unit weight in accordance with ASTM D1621. Unit weight will be reported in pounds per cubic foot (pcf)

Cores will be measured and tested in compression in accordance with ASTM D1622. The compressive strength of the cores will be reported in pounds per square inch (psi)
