Application Process Flow

Application passed to Pure Money by; CSV File, e-mail, fax or telephone.

Client details are placed onto our case tracking system for transparency

Pure Money then contact the client to discuss loan requirements

Pure Money then process the case to the point of completion

Updates are reported back to you bi-weekly

Underwriting Criteria

Quick and Simple/Secured Finance - £3,000 to £500,000 from 12 to 300 months

Supplementary Information

– Minimum address history is 36 months, employment history is 3

monthsmonths

– We will accept customers who have CCJ’s and /or defaults

– We will accept self employed customers up to 85% LTV

– Rates from 5.59%

– Applicants can be aged 18 -100

– Loans to 100% LTV

– Unencumbered properties accepted

Proposal Application Form

Proposal Forms must include the following:

• Name• Employment Details

• House Valuation (if applicable)• Address (including postcode)

• Contact Telephone Numbers

• Monthly Payments

• Consent to credit check the client

• House Valuation (if applicable)

• Mortgage Balance (if applicable)

• Details of any arrears/missed payments

Broker Application Form

• Simple self explanatory 1 page application

form

• Works as a call flow prompt

• Can be integrated into a simple online

application form

Proposal Decision Form

Once we have received your application, we will update you by close of business as to the

outcome of the application:

• Pure Money case reference number

• Customer Name

• Status

• Case Owner

• Case Notes

Status Report

The reports will show the following criteria:

• Proposal Date

• Proposal Number

• Customer Name

Bi-Weekly we will send you a progress report of the applications we have received

The status would show:

PEND = Pending

REJ = Reject

NTU = Not Taken Up• Customer Name

• Surname

• Postcode

• Status

NTU = Not Taken Up

DUP = Duplicate

ACC = Accepted

New Business Reporting

• The New Business Report will be sent to you Bi-Weekly either by e-mail or fax.

• The report is monitored & generated by your unique broker number

The report shows:

– Date New Business was written

– Account Number– Account Number

– Customer Name

– Gross Advance

– Gross Commissions

– Total Processing costs

– Net Commissions

– Completion Date

– Payment Date

Commission Structure

• Our completely transparent commission structure shows not only the gross and net

commissions but also the processing costs on a case by case basis. All cases vary in their

costs to package as valuations fluctuate and not all cases need BSQ’s so we will not charge

you an “average” processing cost to deal with your case.

• For example: Based on an average loan of £19,000.00

10% Broker Fee = £1900.0010% Broker Fee = £1900.00

1.5% Proc (Average) = £285

Gross Fees = £2185.00

Valuation fee £195.00 (presuming not desktops) on property price of £150,000 - £200,000 =

£195.00

BSQ (£100.00 presuming credit check doesn’t clearly show arrears) = £100.00

Total Cost = £295.00

Net commission to you (30%) = £567.00.
