Indonesien German Scolarship

Program (IGSP) or (DS I)• Supporting the young indonesian researcher

and lecturer to study in Germany finanzing by IGSP.

• Supporting the collaborations between German and Indonesia of high education institutions doe to improving the PhD students partizipation.

• Supporting the transfer of knowledge from german to indonesia, doing by PhD students within their study using Open and Distand Learning (ODL) i.e. Lecture activity using ODL.

• Supporting the dynamic networking emong universities and their experts/lecturers in Indonesia (doing by DIKTI and SEAMOLEC) and among PhD students-professors/experts in Germany (doing by PhD Students).

• Increasing the nummber of IGSP-Scolarship holders doe to collaboration between Students, Lecturers, Professors, and German Alumny in getting promotors and Letter of Acceptans (LOA).

• Objective• The objective of this program is to create more qualified

Indonesian human resources through scholarship

program for Master and Doctorate degree to universities

in Germany, research strengthening program in

Indonesian universities, and laboratories development

program in Indonesia for the period of 10 (ten) years.

This program also aims to deduct the amount of

Indonesian debt to Germany as much as three times of

the total expenses of the program.

• Supporting the collaborations between German and Indonesien high education institutions doe to establising and improving 5-10 Centres (Laboratories) and sub centres orgnizing by indonesien and german experts.

• Supporting the activitiy of the centres and sub-centres in

gaining research funding (projects) from indonesian,

ASEAN, german and other international research

funding.

Additional objectives-SEAMOLEC

• Supporting the Dynamic Networking emong centres and sub centres (universities and their experts/lecturers in Indonesia (doing by centres supporting by DIKTI and SEAMOLEC).

• Supporting the transfer of knowledge from german to indonesia and from centres to sub centers doing by PhD students within their study and centres using Open and Distand Learning (ODL) or Blended Learning i.e. Lecture activity using ODL

• Increasing the nummber of indonesian –

german collaboration doe to students,

Lecturers and Professors exchange.

Program Component• Human resources development through scholarship

program for S2 (Master) and S3 (Doctorate) Degree

which will be granted to 2000 scholars in 10 years of

period;

• Research strengthening program in faculties in

Indonesian universities by inviting 200 professors and/or

professor’s assistants from German universities to

Indonesia;

• Research laboratories development in 10 Indonesian

universities synergizing with professors and universities

in Germany
