By the end of the session:1. Participants will understand the overall purpose and structure of the Federation of International Pharmacy (FIP)

2. Participants will understand the purpose, activities and vision of the FIP Community Pharmacy Section

3. Participants will understand the importance of having a voice in world healthcare decisions through participation of national pharmcy organizations in FIP

FIP- Who-what-where

FIP was founded in 1912 in Europe

The global body representing pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences

Federation made up of 132 national organizations

Also has individual members representing all disciplines
