Applying for the IB Program•On-Line Application: Nov. 1st-Dec. 16th

• Acceptance is dependent upon:

•Grades on current report card:

•Average A/B (8th grade)

•Standardized test scores from 7th grade:

•FSA: READING (75% standardized scores)

•MATH (75% standardized scores)

• -If you had a poor testing year due to new state testing, e-mail IB secretary and we will look at previous scores: lgilson@escambia.k12.fl.us

•Must enter 4 current teacher e-mails on application:

•Students only will receive one acceptance letter

PHS Scholars Program• Do not be concerned about putting IB as your 1st choice

•Why….PHS Scholars Program• Academic honors program with AP and honor classes

•Two paths: 1.) Re-apply for the IB program the next year
