INTEGRATED PAYABLES is a fully integrated invoice-to-pay solution that automates your accounts payable and payment process. Issue Commercial Card, ACH* and check payments from a single location. Replace the manual and time-consuming process of collecting,

approving, tracking and paying invoices with an end-to-end customizable electronic workflow. Experience the benefits of increased AP efficiency, reduced processing costs, greater control of outgoing cash flow, reduced payment risk and improved internal accounting controls.

• Invoice Capture. Important invoice information (vendor, payment terms, line level information)is automatically extracted from paper and electronic invoices, presented to AP staff for reviewand routed to individual departments for approval.

• Invoice Approval. Workflow tools enable AP staff to route uploaded invoices to departmentsfor approval. An unlimited number of scanned invoices and other supporting documents canbe stored in the solution.

• Payment Authorization. Approved invoices can then be aged and approved for paymentaccording to your cash management policy. Payments can be approved for CommercialCard, ACH or check. Payments are processed directly from your account without the useof settlement accounts. Use important payment controls: segregation of duties and dualapprovals for payments above certain thresholds. Mobile support: payment approvers canreview and release payment instructions through a web interface.
