Rivergum Homes’ designs will suit the dimensions of most
subdivisions, with homes designed to fit blocks ranging from
10m wide to 14m+ and 25m+ deep.
Site restrictions like easements and development covenants can
impact the usable space within your block so it’s important to
know what limitations your block has.
STEP 2How many bedrooms and living areas
do you need to suit your family and
lifestyle needs?
Is it 3 beds and 1 living? 3 beds and 2
living? 4 beds and 1 living? Or 4 beds and 2
living? Our designs provide options for each of these, including
options for the master bedroom to be at either the front or the
rear of the house, depending on your personal preference.
STEP 3Which direction does your block run?
It’s important to maximise the natural
sunlight to your home with North facing
outdoor living. You can select a Solar Flip
option for any Rivergum Home, which flips the rear living spaces
to follow the sun, irrespective of the garage and street access.
