What are they celebrating?

What are these kids doing? Where are they? How do they

feel?

Why are these ladies above the river?

Who is this and why are they shaking hands?

Why are they in a uniform? What could they be doing?

Why is the boy being carried?

Why is everyone watching the people in the car?

INFERENCES• After looking at the photos as a

class and talking about our inferences, you will work with a partner to create a story about photo.
