JUST A PUSH OF A BUTTON
As simple as never before, the InControl control
unit can be used to quickly and easily operate your
Meltem ventilation unit with heat recovery accord-
ing to your personal preferences. A simple push of
the button is enough to convert to summer opera-
tion or to set the ventilation to moisture protection
(e.g. during longer absences). Because the ventila-
tion unit is connected via a data cable, the control
unit is independent from the installation location of
the unit. The integrated LEDs always inform about
the current ventilation conditions.

VENTILATION AND HEAT RECOVERY

ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE:
VENTILATION WHEN PRESENT (NORMAL OPERATION)This ventilation level (30 m3/h) represents normal operation in order to achieve the necessary
ventilation for hygienic and health requirements when the user is present.
INCREASED VENTILATIONIncreased ventilation (60 m3/h) to reduce peak loads, e.g. in the presence of multiple persons or
with increased unpleasant odours.
CO2 CONTROL / AIR QUALITY (OPTIONAL; TYPE: MWRG-S/Z-T-FC)The air quality (CO2 and various mixed gaseous pollutants) is monitored with a sensor and the
proper ventilation level is automatically set.CO2
Each button has a built-in light diode (LED) for displaying the set mode of operation. Upon
pressing the button again, the LED will turn off. If no LED light is shining, the ventilation unit is in standby mode.
EXHAUST AIR OPERATION (TYPE: MWRG-S/Z-T + MWRG-S/Z-T-F)Exhaust air operation with limited heat recovery. This type of operation can be selected to ventilate
stale air. If two ventilation units are available, it is possible to cross-ventilate in the structure by set
one unit to supply air operation and the other to exhaust air operation.
VENTILATION FOR MOISTURE PROTECT (OPTIONAL; TYPE: MWRG-S/Z-T-F + MWRG-S/Z-T-FC)If the relative inside humidity exceeds 60 %, the ventilation level will be continually increased up
to a maximum of 60 m3/h until the air humidity has again decreased to below 60 %. To ensure
dehumidification, the unit will compare the air humidity of supply air and exhaust air. A blinking LED
signalises that the air humidity of the supply air is greater than that of the ambient air and therefore,
dehumidification is not possible.
VENTILATION WHILE ABSENT (REDUCED VENTILATION)The ventilation unit runs at the lowest stage (15 m3/h). This mode of operation can be selected
for longer periods of absence on the part of the residents, e.g. holiday, in order to ensure a
minimum level of air exchange.
SUPPLY AIR OPERATION (SUMMER OPERATION)Supply air operation with limited heat recovery. By choosing this type of operation, e.g. on summer
nights, the cooler outside air can be directed into the structure.
BOOST VENTILATION (15 MINUTES)By pressing this button, the unit will switch to the maximum ventilation performance (100 m3/h).
After approx. 15 minutes or after pressing the button again, the boost ventilation will be
completed and the previously set ventilation will resume. The LED will shine throughout the boost
ventilation mode.
