Donald Wayne Cuaudill Sr.Former construction worker, truck driver

Donald Wayne Caudill Sr., passed away Thursday, March 15, 2012, at his residence in Lancaster, Ky.

He was born Feb. 23, 1957, in Laurel County, Ky., the son of the late Ernest Caudill and Phyllis Roark, who survives of London.

He was a former construction worker and truck driver and was of the Pentecostal faith.

He was united in marriage to Judy Kelley Caudill, who survives of Lancaster, Ky.

He is also survived by two chil-dren, Donald Wayne Caudill Jr. of Lancaster and April Leigh Johnson of London; a sister, Kimberly Craig of London; a brother, Ralph Ernest Caudill of Lily; five grandchildren, Harley, Garrett and Savannah Sizemore and Donald Wayne Caudill III and Cheyenne Caudill; plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn his passing.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, James Caudill.

Funeral services for Donald Wayne Caudill Sr. were conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 17, in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Junior Baker officiating.

Burial followed in the Locust Grove Cemetery at Keavy.

The family received friends at Bowling Funeral Home after 11 a.m. Saturday.

Pallbearers were Donald Wayne Caudill Jr., Ralph Ernest Caudill, Harley and Garrett Sizemore, Jimmy Kelley Jr. , Jimmy Kelley Sr., Charles Craig, and Billy Mitchell.

The Laurel County High School Class of 1987 will be celebrating their 25th reunion on Saturday, June 23, 6 p.m. at the Laurel Event Place.
